Clarine M. Gold, 81 of El Campo, passed away on December 1, 2013. She was born on May 22, 1932 in Nada, Texas to the late Edward and Antonia Popp Moeller. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Lazarus Choir at St. Philip's, Taiton Extension Club, a Hospice Volunteer, Heritage Center, Senior Citizens Dance Group and the Nada Domino Group.

She is survived by her daughters Genevieve Hicks and husband Evan, Delores Janik and husband David, Judy Lezak and husband Doug, Nancy Gold, son Ralph Gold and wife Vicki all of El Campo, 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, sister Lillian Sablatura of Lake Jackson and a brother Edward Moeller Jr., of Houston.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband George Gold, sons Kenneth and George Gold Jr., and grandson Kyle Janik.

Visitation will be on Wednesday from 8 am until 5 pm at Triska Funeral Home and 6 pm until 8 pm at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. A CDA Rosary will be recited at 7 pm Wednesday at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Thursday, December 5, 2013, at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church with Rev. Albert Yankey officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Memorial Park.

Pallbearers are Bryan Gold, Justin Gold, Neill Janik, Rodney Hicks, Reid Lezak and Mason Lezak. Honorary pallbearer is Arthur Priesmeyer.

Memorials in her memory may be made to St. Philip Church, St. Philip School or to the donor's choice.
